Kadirli Atatürk Caddesi’nde seyyar olarak kuru fasulye satan Ejder Kuru, “Yıllardır bu işteyim, ama bu yıl işler zor. Geçen yıl fasulye fiyatlarım aynı olduğu halde, bu sene satışlarımda büyük bir düşüş var. Müşterilerim, geçen yıl 5 kilo fasulye alırken, bu yıl sadece 250 gram alabiliyor. Bir teyzem geçen gün geldi, ‘Oğlum canım çok fasulye çekti, bana 250 gram ver’ dedi. Geçen yıl 5 kilo alan aynı teyze, bu yıl yarım kilo bile alamıyor” dedi.
Esnaf Kuru, müşteri taleplerinin büyük oranda düştüğünü vurgulayarak, “Emekliler de geliyor, ‘Yarım kilo, 1 kilo alabilir miyim?’ diyorlar. Yine aynı fiyatlarla satıyorum ama satamıyorum. İnsanlar, geçen yıl alabilecekleri miktarı bu yıl alamaz hale geldi” ifadelerini kullandı.
Ejder Kuru, satışlardaki düşüşün arkasında, artan yaşam maliyetleri ve azalan alım gücünün olduğunu belirterek, “Millette para yok. Fiyatlar aynı olsa da, alım gücü düştüğü için satış yapamıyoruz” şeklinde konuştu.
