Edirne’de Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası’nın kararı ile 22 Mart Cumartesi gününden itibaren uygulamaya konulan ekmek fiyatlarının yüksek olduğu yönündeki itirazlar, valilikçe oluşturulan komisyon tarafından reddedildi.
Edirne’de ekmek fiyatının belirlenmesi için kurulan komisyona 4 temsilci üye katıldı. Ticaret İl Müdürlüğü’ne bağlı valilik temsilcisi itirazın kabulü yönünde oy kullanırken, diğer 3 üyenin ret oyu vermesi nedeniyle oy çokluğuyla tarifeye itiraz talebi kabul edilmedi. Ekmek fiyatları hakkında bu aşamadan sonra Edirne Valiliğince dava açmak suretiyle hukuki yollara başvurulacağı belirtildi.
Edirne Ticaret İl Müdürlüğü konuya ilişkin yaptığı açıklamada, “Ekmek fiyatlarının yüksek olduğu yönündeki şikayetlere istinaden ‘Ekmek ve Ekmek Çeşitleri Azami Fiyat Tarifesi’ne; 5174 Sayılı Odalar ve Borsalar Birliği ile Odalar ve Borsalar Kanunu’nun 12’nci maddesi 1’inci fıkrasının 1. bendine dayanılarak hazırlanan ‘Tacir ve Sanayi Tarafından Üretilen Mal ve Hizmetlerin Azami Fiyat Tarifelerinin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında’ yönetmeliğin 7’nci maddesinin 1’inci fıkrasına göre Valiliğimizce itiraz edilerek komisyon kurulmuştur. Komisyon Valiliğimiz temsilcisi, Edirne Belediyesi temsilcisi, Edirne Ticaret ve Sanayi Odası temsilcisi ve Edirne Esnaf ve Sanatkârlar Odaları Birliği temsilcisi olmak üzere 4 üyeden oluşmaktadır. 25.03.2025 günü yapılan toplantıda Valilik temsilcisi itirazın kabulü yönünde oy kullanırken, diğer taraflar itirazın reddi yönünde oy kullanmış olup 1 üyenin kabul 3 üyenin ret oyu vermesi nedeniyle oyçokluğuyla tarifeye itiraz talebimiz reddedilmiştir. Ekmek fiyatları hakkında bu aşamadan sonra Valiliğimizce dava açmak suretiyle hukuki yollara başvurulacaktır” denildi.
