Edinilen bilgiye göre, Bismil Cumhuriyet Başsavcılığı ve Diyarbakır İl Jandarma Komutanlığı KOM Şube Müdürlüğünce Diyarbakır’ın Bismil ilçesinde maliye hazinesine ait tarım arazileri ile ilgili 2021, 2022, 2023 yıllarında 57 bin 317 dekar tarım arazisinin sahte evrak düzenleyerek Çiftçi Kayıt Sistemi’ne (ÇKS) kaydını yaptıran 176 şüphelinin güncel değeri ile yaklaşık 70 milyon TL devlet desteklemesi alarak haksız kazanç elde ettiği ve bu haksız kazancın yaklaşık 13 milyon TL’sinin İlçe Tarım Müdürlüğünde görevli personellere gönderildiği tespit edildi.
Yapılan çalışmaların ardından 10 Mart’ta Diyarbakır merkezli olarak Batman, Mardin, İstanbul, Şanlıurfa ve Yalova illerinde örgüt lideri müdür ile örgüt üyesi 13 memurun da aralarında olduğu kişilere ait 190 adrese eş zamanlı operasyon düzenlendi. Operasyonda 161 şüpheli yakalanarak gözaltına alındı.
75 şüpheli adli kontrol şartıyla serbest bırakılırken, 6’sı memur olmak üzere 15 şüpheli tutuklandı.
Şap aşısı yaptırmayan üreticiye 105 bin TL ceza uygulanacak
